Strawberry Orange Pudding Cake

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 4 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup flax meal
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 8 drops orange essential oil*
  • 1 large whole egg
  • 1/4 cup Strawberry MuscleEgg
  • 1 cup Strawberry Zevia Soda
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup stevia
  • 1/2 cup roughly chopped strawberries

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, coat a small loaf pan with non stick spray.
  2. Add all ingredients to a large bowl (except strawberries), mix well until combined and batter is smooth.
  3. Stir in fresh strawberries. Add to prepared pan and bake for 50-55 minutes until golden brown.

Chocolate Caramel Mug Cake

INGREDIENTS 1/4 cup Chocolate Caramel MuscleEgg 1 tablespoon coconut flour 2 tablespoon Kodiak Cakes 'Power Cakes' 3 teaspoons cacao powder 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 3 tablespoons milk of choice 50-60 drops stevia drops

DIRECTIONS: 1. Add all ingredients to a small bowl and mix well. Let sit for 2-3 minutes. 2. Grease a mug or small ramekin with coconut oil or non stick spray. 3. Pour batter into dish and microwave on high for 90 seconds. Exact cooking time may vary, add 10 seconds at a time if needed. Add chocolate chips, caramel sauce, and/or nuts if desired.

Pumpkin Spice Waffles

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup Key Lime Pie MuscleEgg
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 6 tbsp low fat cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut, optional
  • 1 tbsp key lime zest
  • sweetener, as desired
  • 6 graham crackers
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add first 6 ingredients to a bowl and mix with a hand mixer
  2. Crush graham crackers and mix with melted coconut oil
  3. Evenly divide key lime pie mixture between 4-6 silicone cups
  4. Top with crumbled graham crackers
  5. Gently press crackers into mixture
  6. Freeze 6-8 hours or until set
